Instructions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Traveler's Luggage purchase. If you need to return an unused item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand new condition and unused, with all original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, tear, marks, scratches, or alterations of any kind.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department below with your order number and information. We offer two return methods:

  • We can provide a return label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • You can choose to ship the package back using any carrier and there will be no restocking fee. Please provide us with the tracking number after you've shipped the package back to us.

Please be sure to include any gifts provided to you, and return them in their original packaging. If a gift is not returned in its original packaging, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund. After shipping the item, please email support@travelerluggage.com with your tracking number.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days or longer for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If it takes longer than one billing cycle, please contact your bank for further assistance.

For products not purchased through travelerluggage.com, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept any exchanges You may return the unused product within 30 days and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
