At Traveler Luggage, we're committed to enhancing your travel experience by offering high-quality, dependable products that exceed industry standards. We stand behind our products, which are designed to be strong, durable, and long-lasting. In the rare event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, we offer a limited warranty that covers repair or replacement of the product in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note that our warranty applies to the original purchase receipt or gift receipt and does not include refunds or discounts on defective items. If we determine that a product cannot be repaired, we will provide a comparable replacement.

Airline luggage handling can be rough, so it's important to inspect your bags before leaving the airport. If you find that your luggage has been damaged, delayed, or lost during your travels, airlines are required to compensate you under DOT regulations (for domestic travel) and international treaties (for international travel). To submit a damage claim, contact your airline immediately.

The warranty program does not apply to luggage that are damaged by TSA. Please refer to this link to learn how to file a claim with TSA.

The limited warranty program is only valid for products bought either directly from Traveler Luggage or via a certified reseller.

Please note that manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. The Limited Warranty Program does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, body cracks, dents, or soil, as well as accidents, negligence, improper use, poor maintenance, or exceeding the maximum weight specifications.

Transportation damages caused by FedEx, UPS, airlines, or common carriers like trains, buses, or cruises are also not covered, nor are improper repairs or maintenance by the original owner or a third party.

It's important to keep in mind that the limited warranty is not transferable and cannot be extended to a repaired or replacement piece, and that Traveler's Choice reserves the right to void the limited warranty in cases of dishonest or fraudulent claims.

The limited warranty applies only within the 48 contiguous United States and is limited to the value of the product. Please be aware that processing time for the limited warranty program may exceed 21 days. These rules are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this fee is to cover the shipping cost from our fulfillment center to the destination. There are no product charges for the warranty replacement.
